Gift Vouchers

Sometimes it's hard to know what to get a crafty friend or loved one, so gift vouchers let them induldge themselves in a gilt free way.

Here's how it works.

You can purchase gift vouchers in any of the denominations listed.  

Select "Printed Voucher" or "email me the code"

We'll then pop a nice printed voucher in the post to you.  If you'd rather we can send them direct to the recipient you just need to complete the delivery address.

Or, we'll email you the Voucher code.

Where the vouchers are part of an order the entire order can only be sent to one addess.  The order cannot be split - sorry.   

EMAIL VOUCHER CODES -postage will be automatically charged but will be reimbursed where orders are placed for email voucher codes only when your order is processed. Postage charges will be not be reimbursed where email vouchers form part of an order.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How to Spend them.

We don't have a sophisticated voucher system sadly, but when you want to spend your vouchers, place your order, add the unique voucher code in to the comments box, then select "by invoice"  at the check out. 

Once we receive your order we will decuct your gift voucher value and if there is anything left to pay, we'll send you an invoice for the balance to pay via paypal with any postage charges due. Don't forget that you get free postage for all orders over £40.

If your gift vouchers are for more than you want to spend - no problem, we'll let you know, by email, what the balance is for you to spend next time!

Vouchers can be used against good and postage.
