Liquitex Mediums
Liquitex Acrylic Mediums are made from 100% acrylic polymer emulsion, and form durable films when dry. They have excellent flexibility and resistance to chemicals, water, abrasion and ultraviolet radiation. When added to acrylic paint, they alter the paint handling characteristics, appearance or volume to produce an infinite variety of effects.
Mediums are non-yellowing, non-sticky when wet, and non-tacky when dry. They dry slowly by evaporation, display excellent adhesion, and are non-toxic and intermixable. Available in different viscosities and sheens.

Applications
- Apply to dry, painted areas to change colouration without losing established detail. Under layer must be thoroughly dry before applying the next coat. May be dried with a hair dryer/heat gun to speed drying.
- Mix in a small amount of colour with the medium. Mix thoroughly and color will lighten. Colour will darken and go back to a thin, transparent version of the original color as the medium dries and becomes transparent
This modeling paste is extra heavy body and very opaque. It's a marble paste made of marble dust and 100% polymer emulsion.Used to build heavy textures on rigid supports and create three-dimensional forms. Dries to the hardness of stone. It can be sanded or carved when thoroughly dry.
Can be handled like clay if the top of the container is removed and some of the water is allowed to slowly evaporate until it reaches a clay-like consistency.
Adheres to any non-oily, absorbent surface. Drying too quickly causes mud cracking that is usually cosmetic, not structural.
When mixed with acrylic colors will act as a weak tinting white, while increasing thickness and rigidity.
DIRECTIONS
- Apply with knife, brush, cake decorating tools, etc.
- To prevent shrinkage cracks (mud cracking), dry slowly by covering loosely with plastic wrap. Apply less than 1/4" thick.
- Mix with acrylic colors to produce a colored tinted paste.
- When dry, Liquitex Acrylic Modeling Paste may be painted with acrylic or oil colors.

Fabric medium for use with acrylic paints. It reduces the stiffness that results when suing acrylic paints directly from the jar, and it also eliminates the need to scrub roughly textured fabrics in order for the paint to adhere to it or penerate the surface of the fabric.
Fabric medium prevents dragging, skipping and other problems of uneven application.
