Terms and Conditions


Minimum Order

Please note our minimum order is £5.00 excluding P&P.  Orders below this amount may be automatically cancelled.


Payment / Ordering


We only accept payment by credit or debit card.  Personal cheques, Bank Transfers and postal orders are not accepted.

All UK orders must be paid for at checkout.  Failure to do so will result in your order being automatically cancelled and may incur administration fees. 


Credit/Debit card payments are processed via Stripe.

You will be able pay using your normal credit or debit card here. (We do not hold or have access to your credit card details).


Transactions will appear on your statement as 'Sprinkle Imagination'


If you have a Paypal account you will also be able to select to pay via funds from your account if you wish. 



Orders from outside the UK must select to pay by invoice

Invoice has been requested for payment method, payment must be received within 3 days. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled and items placed back into stock.  All invoices are in GBP. 


If your payment is not honoured we reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and any expenses incurred.




Please note due to COVID-19 impact staff illness and Royal Mail strikes, parcels are taking longer than normal to arrive both in the UK and Globally 


We aim to have all orders packed and prepared for shipping within 48 hours. During busy times this may be longer.


Due to the number of "lost items" claims, all our parcels are sent using a tracked and/or signed for delivery method.  For parcels under 2kg, this will be Royal Mail.   For larger and heavier parcels we may elect to use a courier to reduce the additional costs of shipping. 


UK orders are charged at a flat rate, regardless of order size/weight. 


International orders are charged at cost.  All International orders will be invoiced for the full and final payment including shipping charges. 


We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £4.45 on all UK orders. This is the standard Royal Mail 2nd Signed for service. 


Orders are dispatched Tuesday - Friday's only.  (please see COVID-19 updates to this on our home page) 


Where parcels are returned to us as undeliverable, the cost of goods will be refunded to you. There will be no shipping charge refund.  Shipping will need to be paid again for us to re-send orders. 


International Shipping



International shipping is available by prior agreement only. 


Postage will be charged at cost. Payments must not be made at checkout.  


Please note that Customs  & Import fee's may be payable on your order in the destination country. 


Please place your order selecting the "pay by invoice" option, we will calculate your postage costs and invoice you with the final amount.  


Administrations fee's may be charged where payment is made at checkout and subsequently cancelled. 


Should you then wish to proceed a Stripe invoice will be sent to you and upon receipt of payment your order will be dispatched. All transactions will be conducted in GBP (pounds sterling). 


Please ensure your address is correct.  Re-delivery of items will incur additional shipping charges where an order is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details.  


We are unable to send parcels to International PO Boxes or pack station addresses.


All International Orders: Please note that customs fee's may be payable by the customer at the point of entry, and before your order is delivered to you.  We are not responsible for these fee's.  All order values and content are declared on our parcels as appropriate. 


Where customs fee's are not paid and parcels are returned to us, you will be refunded the cost of your goods only. There will be no refund of shipping charges.  Returned parcels may take up to 12 weeks to arrive with us. 




Every reasonable effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible after your payment has been confirmed, usually within 48 hours. We will contact you if there will be any major delay in sending out your order. However, any dates specified by A Sprinkle Of Imagination for dispatch of goods are intended to be an estimate / guideline only. All orders are sent by second class recorded delivery.


Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a back-order system, if an item is out of stock at the time you order you will need to re-order at a later date. Please note that newly introduced items are often difficult to re-stock at short notice.



Refunds or Exchanges

Should any of your order be unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 working days of receipt - items are to be returned at your expense in an as-new / unopened condition.


Every package leaves A Sprinkle Of Imagination in excellent condition. If your goods are damaged during transit you should make a claim with Royal Mail for reimbursement. You will need your box or envelope as evidence, as well as the damaged goods. We recommend you photograph the package before opening if it appears compromised. If this happens, please advise us so we can forward the proof of posting certificate and your order details to the Post Office for processing.




Please ensure the correct postage is paid when returning items. Any fee's incurred by us due to underpaid postage costs will be deducted from any refund due. 


In the rare event of goods being faulty, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs will be refunded. We recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery to ensure signed receipt. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.


All colours are representative of each product, but may vary between individual monitor settings.
