Payment / Ordering
Please note ALL CREDIT & DEBIT CARD payments are processed via PAYPAL.
YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH US.
UK orders must be paid at checkout to avoid cancellation or additional administration fee's for raising an invoice.
Paypal is a secure way to pay using most credit / debit cards. If you choose this method at checkout you will automatically be taken to Paypal's secure site which has full instructions on how to pay using this method. Paypal (Europe) Ltd. is regulated by the Financial Services Authority as an electronic money institution.
If you choose to pay by Paypal eCheque your order will be dispatched once cleared payment has reached our account. This can take 7-10 working days.
You do not need to have or create a paypal account to make payments using this method.
Where an invoice has been requested for payment method, payment must be received within 5 days. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled and items placed back into stock.
If your payment is not honoured we reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and any expenses incurred.
Please ensure that you choose the correct option during checkout otherwise your order may be delayed while we refer back to you for the correct shipping amount.
Please note ALL parcels are sent by recorded/tracked services through Royal mail or other courier services as appropriate, including International orders. We will NOT instruct postal services to leave parcels without a signature.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £3.70 on all UK orders.
Orders are dispatched Tuesday - Friday's only.
We are happy to ship outside of the United Kingdom. Postage will be charged at cost.
Please place your order selecting the "pay by invoice" option, we will calculate your postage costs and email you with the final amount.
Administrations fee's may be charged where payment is made at checkout and subsequently cancelled.
Should you then wish to proceed a Paypal invoice will be sent to you and upon receipt of payment your order will be dispatched. All transactions will be conducted in GBP (pounds sterling).
Please ensure your address is correct. Re-delivery of items will incur additional shipping charges where an order is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details. We are unable to send parcels to International PO Boxes or pack station addresses.
PLEASE NOTE: Where you have paid for your order at checkout an invoice will automatically be sent for the shipping charges.
We currently will only ship to the USA with prior agreement. Please contact us direct to discuss your order.
Every reasonable effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible after your payment has been confirmed, usually within 48 hours. We will contact you if there will be any delay in sending out your order. However, any dates specified by A Sprinkle Of Imagination for dispatch of goods are intended to be an estimate / guideline only. All orders are sent by second class recorded delivery.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a back-order system, if an item is out of stock at the time you order you will need to re-order at a later date. Please note that newly introduced items are often difficult to re-stock at short notice.
Refunds or Exchanges
Should any of your order be unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 working days of receipt - items are to be returned at your expense in an as-new / unopened condition.
Every package leaves A Sprinkle Of Imagination in excellent condition. If your goods are damaged during transit you should make a claim with Royal Mail for reimbursement. You will need your box or envelope as evidence, as well as the damaged goods. We recommend you photograph the package before opening if it appears compromised. If this happens, please advise us so we can forward the proof of posting certificate and your order details to the Post Office for processing.

Please ensure the correct postage is paid when returning items. Any fee's incurred by us due to underpaid postage costs will be deducted from any refund due.
In the rare event of goods being faulty, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs will be refunded. We recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery to ensure signed receipt. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
